Behind on your books? Not to worry! We can get you all caught up and ready for tax season!

Books not done correctly? We can handle that for you too! We'll get your accounts cleaned up and better organized, so you can actually use (and understand!) that information!

Our rate for catch-up/clean-up depends on the scope of work needed to get everything organized. We do, however, offer a discount on this service with a minimum 12-month bookkeeping package commitment.

We offer 3 monthly bookkeeping packages (see below), but each of them will be customized to best fit your needs! 

All packages include: transaction categorization, account reconciliation, monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement), monthly financial review meetings, and support. 

Additional services offered include: receipt management, Profit First account management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll (submitted through QBO or Gusto), custom reports, year-end review, 1099 preparation, and more!

Our bookkeeping packages are a flat monthly rate, so you don't have to wonder how much you'll be charged from month-to-month. The customized rate is determined by a number of different factors, including the number of bank/CC accounts, the amount of activity within those accounts, the level of support desired, any additional services needed, complexity of the work required, etc.

• Silver-- Ideal for very small businesses with up to 2 accounts (bank and/or credit card), who only want basic categorization and reconciliations. (Starting between $200-$250/month.)

• Gold-- Ideal for growing businesses with up to 5 accounts (bank and/or credit card), who want the basics + a little more, such as receipt management, Profit First or P2P accounts, etc. (Starting between $250-$450/month.)

• Diamond-- Ideal for established businesses with up to 8 accounts (bank and/or credit card), who require more services, such as A/R, A/P, Payroll, etc. (Starting at $450+/month.)

We offer outsourced payroll solutions through QBO, Gusto, or OnPay for your business needs! Please note, we do not offer any tax services, so you will be responsible for submitting your payroll taxes, unless you have that automatically set up through your payroll provider.

Although we do not offer tax preparation or any tax services ourselves, we are happy to partner with several excellent accountants and CPA's! If you do not currently have an accountant that you're pleased with, we would love to connect you with one of our partners to make sure that all of your financial needs are being met!
